Our turnaround is 2 days. For next day delivery there is a 50% additional for expedite.
+ What if I want to remove some objects?
There is a fee of at least $10 per photo for additional Photoshop.

Feel free to reschedule directly in the booking confirmation.
+ What if the weather isn't good the day we scheduled?
Engel Studios will help decide whether a home is photographable depending on circumstances. We usually do sky replacement in case of cloudy weather but always reschedule a rainy day.
