Engel Studios is a multi-media agency with over a decade of experience. We are a female-owned business serving realtors with the top brokerages in Los Angeles. We pride ourselves in natural, elevated, and sophisticated imagery. Sarah was born and raised in the real estate industry in the LA area. At the age of 16, she received her first camera and immediately found a love for seeing the world through a lens. In 2015 she graduated from the Academy of Art in San Francisco with a degree in Photography.

Growing up in Hong Kong, Lauren Engel developed an interest in capturing architectural and interior environments, surrounded by neomodern environments and futuristic forms, and now focuses on that genre.
She also has a background in digital marketing and uses this better to understand realtors’ branding and the scope of listing projects and assist in growth. She has wide-ranging experience at major companies, which includes managing Disney’s app, spearheading marketing and SEO campaigns for Hulu, National Geographic, and the Oscars, leading organic traffic for HYPEBEAST while collaborating on an international scale, and analyzing digital campaigns for Comcast NBCUniversal.
Engel holds a Business Administration and International Affairs Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in Boston. She is a global citizen and of mixed race, identifying as half-Chinese and half-American.
Taryn

Taryn received her first camera as a young child, but really fell in love with photography while working in the darkroom in collegeShe has been in the film and photography industry for 25 years, working as a cinematographer assistant and shooting set photos before getting into real estate. She loves the travel and fast pace of real estate photography and appreciates the different styles of homes she gets to see in her work.

Tara studied film photography at VCU School of the Arts and enjoys shooting portraits and documentary-style photography. Magazines such as Grid and Sports Backers Quarterly have featured her work.
Over the years, her family - nature photographers in Alaska - have inspired her. When she's not shooting for Engel Studios, you can find her soaking in the vitamin D, swimming, and enjoying the company of her pups.

IVONNE
Graphic Designer
Ivonne is a multidisciplinary designer and art director from Mexico. Bringing over 9 years of experience delivering narratives. Her passions include constructing visual journeys revolving around fashion, art, and architecture. Her experience and love for this work are what allow her to excel as the conceptual visual mind behind Engel Studio’s social media prescense.

Yoyo was a fashion design major before she found her interest in photography after 4 years in college. After receiving love and compliments from clients, she decided to start her career as a photographer!
She’s also a cat mom and seasonal foster mom. You can find her phone lock screen paper with a zoom in yawning picture of her cat (sorry Ozzy that's too cute to not be showing everyone!) Yoyo travels a lot to enjoy different foods and cultures! Her favorite food is sushi.
